FAQ

  • How many Inserts do i need?

This depends completely on your child and how heavy a wetter they are. It also depends on the type of inserts you use. During the day i use 2 x 3 layer microfiber inserts, or 1 old fashion flat cloth nappy folded up into a pd. And at night i will just add in 1 extra microfiber insert and that is usually suffient. Hemp inserts are also great used as a bottom layer, as they ar ea slow absorber but will "lock" the moisture away to prevent leakages. I find heap teamed with 1 microfiber insert at night works great.

  • What if i purchase the wrong size?

I am happy to exchange sizes is the wrong size is purchased, but only if contact is made within 2 weeks of purchase date and nappy is in perfect "as new condition". So please try the nappy on a clean child with a liner. Note: If wrong size is purchased i cannot promise the same colour or pattern will be available in the new size you require.

  • Is there any kind of warrenty on the nappies?

As all Nappies are made individually by me there may be the odd defect. I will happily fix anything that goes wrong with them in the first 2 months of purchase. This does not include rips, stains or other things that may go wrong due to missuse or general wear and tear.

  • How many Nappies of each size do i need?

12 is a good starting number if you ar egoing to be doing washing every day. I have about 24+ in each size so i dont run out, as i like to wash every 2 or 3 days.

  • Do i need to soak them?

No, Just tip any solids off the nappy into the toilet, and rinse. Then place nappy in a lidded dry bucket until washing day, Easy! Dont use farbic softener on the nappies as it can build up on the microfleece and cause leakage.
